Here’s exactly what happens when you join.

    Choose your email

    Choose a new Bina address or use an existing email. Pick Personal or Organisation, create a password of at least six characters, and review the linked policies.

  2. 02

    Verify your account

    Existing-email accounts use an emailed link. New Bina addresses use an authenticator and recovery codes, so no other inbox is required.

  3. 03

    Open your Bina workspace

    Open your workspace to read, reply, search and send. Connect your current mailbox or activate your chosen Bina address. Record voice notes as audio attachments.

Keep existing website email through a supported provider connection. Separate organisation-domain mail hosting and advanced integrations require their own setup. This signup does not start a paid subscription.

A few things to know.

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes. Create and verify a Bina account with that email and a separate Bina password, then connect its provider. Secure custom-domain IMAP/SMTP is supported. Google and Microsoft options become available after their Bina Mail provider apps are configured. Registration alone does not import those inboxes.

Can I choose my Bina Mail address?

Where new-address signup is open, choose an available name at @binamail.co.uk. No existing email is needed: verify with an authenticator and save your recovery codes. Reserved names and early-access capacity limits apply.

Does signing up start a paid plan?

No paid subscription or automatic billing is started by this signup. Early access has finite storage and sending allowances. Any later paid service would need its prices and terms to be presented separately before purchase.

Where can I read the policies?

Read the Privacy Notice, Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy now. Signup requires an unticked agreement box to be completed after you review the links.

I already use a Bina Pathways staff mailbox. Where do I go?

Use existing team mail for company mailboxes such as recruitment@binapathways.co.uk. This independent signup is a separate account service.
